3. 账户责任

Welcome to DF-IP proxy services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

DF-IP provides proxy IP services, including but not limited to:

  • Dynamic Residential Proxies
  • Dynamic Datacenter Proxies
  • Dynamic Mobile Proxies
  • Static Residential Proxies (ISP)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.

3. Account Responsibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or violations of local laws
  • Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attacking, interfering with, or disrupting other networks or systems

6. Refund Policy

Regarding refunds:

  • Used traffic is non-refundable
  • Unused prepaid services can be refunded within 7 days
  • Accounts terminated for terms violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method

7. Service Level Agreement

  • Target availability: 99.9%
  • 24/7 technical support
  • Regular system maintenance (advance notice provided)

Force majeure events are not covered by the service level guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in DF-IP services, website, documentation, and related content belong to DF-IP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use this content without authorization.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Accuracy of results obtained through services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
